JUNE 10, 2024 ~ A WALK THROUGH THE NEW TESTAMENT

JUNE 10 READING…ACTS 27

When you know God’s plan for you, and He has given you a promise…you don’t need to worry. God will ALWAYS fulfill what He has promised you. Difficult situations and hopeless circumstances cannot keep God from fulfilling His word. Paul is sent to Rome, on the way Paul is given insight by the Holy Spirit that there was a great storm coming, and he warned the Centerion in charge of the boat…of course he was ignored. When the storm hit with a vengeance, and the men thought they would perish it was Paul standing in the boat and telling them that not a one of them would be lost. He also testified that God had promised him that he would go to Rome…Paul stood on that promise. Paul told the Roman Centurion that the men had to stay with the boat or they would die. The Centurion listened this time and not a man was lost. They ran ashore at Malta, and God was about to show Himself great in Paul. We need to grasp onto the truth found in this chapter. God has a plan and purpose for each of us as we follow Him…He will accomplish what He has determined. We, like Paul, need to stand on the promise of God, regardless of the opposition or storms that come our way.
